求职信应用文格式

求职信的标题通常只有文种名称，即在第一行中间写上“求职信”三个字。

称谓是对受信人的称呼，写在第一行，要顶格写受信者单位名称或个人姓名。单位名称后可加“负责同志”；个人姓名后可加“先生”、“女士”、“同志”等。

求职信不同于一般私人书信，受信人未曾见过面，所以称谓要恰当，郑重其事。称谓后的问候语一般应为“您好”而非“你好”，更不能用“您们好”。即便招聘人不是一人，也不能用这样的字样，因为这不仅仅让人感觉不出你的问候，反而使他们主为你才疏学浅，连起码的常识都不懂，因为“您”是不能用于复数的。

正文要另起一行，空两格开始写求职信的资料。正文资料较多，要分段写。

第一，写求职的原因。首先简要介绍求职者的自然状况如：姓名、年龄、性别等。之后要直截了当地说明从何渠道得到有关信息以及写此信的目的。如：“我叫李民，现年22岁，男。是一名财会专业的大学本科毕业生。从报上我看到贵公司招聘一名专职会计人员的消息，不胜喜悦，以本人的水平和潜力，我不揣冒昧地毛遂自荐，相信贵公司定会慧眼识人，会使我有幸成为贵公司的一名会计人员。”这段是正文的开端，也是求职的开始，介绍有关状况要简明扼要，对所求的职务，态度要明朗。而且要吸引受信者有兴趣将你的信读下去，因此开头要有吸引力。

第二，写对所谋求的职务的看法以及对自己的潜力要作出客观公允的评价，这是求职的关键。要着重介绍自己应聘的有利条件，要个性突出自己的优势和“闪光点”，以使对方信服。

如：“我于7月毕业于东北财经学院财会专业。毕业成绩优秀，在省级会计大奖赛中，获得‘能手’嘉奖（见附件），在海南金融杂志上发表过多篇学术论文（见附件）。

我在有关材料上看到过关于贵公司的状况介绍，我喜欢贵公司的工作环境，钦佩贵公司的敬业精神，又很赞赏贵公司在经营、管理上的一整套的切实可行的规章制度。这些均体现了在当前改革开放的经济大潮中，贵公司的超前意识。

我十分愿意到这样的环境中去艰苦拼搏；更愿为贵公司贡献我的学识和力量。我相信，经过努力，我会做好我的工作的”。

写这段资料，语言要中肯，恰到好处；态度要谦虚诚恳，不卑不亢。到达见字如见其人的效果。要给受信者留下深刻印象，进而相信求职者有潜力胜任此项工作。这段文字要有说服力。

第三，提出期望和要求，向受信者提出期望和要求。如：“期望您能为我安排一个与您见面的机会”或“盼望您的答复”或“敬候佳音”之类的语言。这段属于信的资料的收尾阶段，要适可而止，不要唆，不要苛求对方。

另起一行，空两格，写表示敬祝的话。如：此致之类的词，然后换行顶格写“敬礼”、或祝“工作顺利”、“事业发达”相应词语。这两行均不点标点符号，不必过多寒暄，以免“画蛇添足”。

署名和日期

写信人的姓名和成文日期写在信的右下方。姓名写在上面，成文日期写在姓名下面。姓名前面不必加任何谦称的限定语，以免有阿谀之感，或让对方轻看你的潜力。成文日期要年、月、日俱全。

有说服力的附件是对求职者的鉴定的凭证。所以求职信的附件是不可忽视的组成部分。

附件可在信的结尾处注明。如：附件1、××××××2、××××××3、××××××……然后将附件的复印件单独订在一齐随信寄出。附件不需太多，但务必有份量，足以证明你的才华和潜力。

求职信的资料

称呼：

称呼要恰当对于不甚明确的`单位，可写成“人事处负责同志”、“尊敬的领导同志”、“尊敬的某某公司领导”等等；对于明确了用人单位负责人的，能够写出负责人的职务、职称，如“尊敬的林教授”、“尊敬的蒋处长”、“尊敬的刘经理”等等。称呼写在第一行，顶格书写，之后用冒号，另起一行，写上问候语“您好”。

引言：

引言包括姓名、就读学校、专业名称、何时毕业等基本状况。引言的主要作用是尽量引起对方的兴趣看完材料，并自然进入主体部分，开头要引人注目，说明应聘缘由和目的。

主体：

主体部分是求职信的重点，简明扼要并有针对性地概述自己，突出自己的特点，并努力使自己的描述与所聘职位要求一致，切勿夸大其词或不着边际。许多简历中的具体资料不应在求职信中重复。尽可能地少用人称代词“我”，要让人感到你想表达的是“我怎样才能帮你”。

结尾：

信的结尾要留下你的电话、手机、Email等联系方式，并证明如果几天内等不到他们的电话，你会自己打电话确认招聘者已收到履历表和求职信并安排面试。语气要肯定、热情、诚恳、有礼貌，把你想得到工作的迫切情绪表达出来，请用人单位尽快答复并给予面试机会。通常结束语后面应写表示祝愿或敬意的话，如“此致”、“敬礼”、“祝您身体健康、工作顺利、事业发展”等等。

落款：

包括署名和日期。署名应写在结尾祝词的下一行的右后方。日期（x年x月x日）应写在名字下面。若有附件，可在信的左下角注明。例如“附1：个人简历”、“附2：成绩表”等等。

求职信的写作原则

语气自然：

语言和句子要简单明了。写信就像说话一样，语气能够正式但不能僵硬。语言直截了当，不要依靠词典。

通俗易懂：

写作要思考读者对象的知识背景，不要使用生僻词语、专业术语。

言简意赅：

民事诉状

有关经济纠纷案件、知识产权纠纷案件、婚姻家庭纠纷等案件都称为民事案件。民事案件的原告或他的法定代理人，为了维护自身的民事权益就有关权利和义务与他人发生争执或纠纷，向人民法院递交的书面请求，叫做民事起诉状(也叫民事诉状)。

民事纠纷，一般发生在公民之间，机关、团体和企事业单位之间，以及公民与机关、团体、企事业单位之间。所以，有资格作为原告向人民法院提交民事起诉状的可以是公民，也可以是机关、团体和企事业单位。

递交起诉状的原告必须与本案有直接的利害关系，民事起诉状应该写有明确的被告、具体的诉讼请求和事实理由并向有权受理本案的人民法院提交。

如果被告不止一个，除了向人民法院提交起诉状外，还要根据被告个数，提交该诉状的副本。

民事起诉状由四个部分组成：

一、标题。写明“民事起诉状”或“民事诉状”。

二、首部。依次写明下列事项：

1原告的身份事项。分两种情况：

(1)原告是具有民事行为能力的公民，应依次写明：原告、姓名、性别、年龄、民族、职业、工作单位和住所、邮政编码。

原告是未成年人的，应在原告下一项写明：法定代理人、姓名、性别、同原告的关系。

如是上述原告的委托代理人，应在其下一项写明委托代理人及其身份事项。

(2)原告是法人或者其他组织的则写：原告、单位全称、地址、邮政编码。下一项写明：法定代表人姓名、职务、住所、电话。

2被告的身份事项，与原告各项相同。

三、正文。包括请求事项、事实和理由。1请求事项。写明原告人在有关民事权益争议中的要求，如要求赔偿损失、清偿债务、履行合同、归还产权，要求与被告离婚，要求给付赡养费、抚养费、扶养费，要求继承遗产等。请求事项应当写得明确、具体，切忌笼统、含糊；提出要求要合法、合情、合理。2事实。主要写明被告行为的具体事实或当事人双方权益争执的具体内容，包括时间、地点、原因、经过、结果等；还要写明被告所应承担的责任，尤其要把被告行为所造成的后果和应承担的法律责任，以及当事人双方争议的焦点和实质性分歧写明白。原告如在争执中也有一定过错和责任，也应实事求是地写清楚。叙述事实一般以时间为顺序，突出主要情节和关键部分。在叙述事实的同时或在叙述事实以后，要提供证据以及物证、书证等证据的来源和证人的姓名、职业、住址等。3理由。根据民事权益争执的事实和证据，写明提出请求事项的理由和法律依据；要论证严密，说理中肯，恰当地引用法律条文。

四、结尾和附项。1结尾。写明本诉状所提交的人民法院名称；具状人签名盖章，注明具状的年月日。2附项。写清本诉状副本几份，物证几件，书证几种。

应用文的总体写作要求是：格式正确；语言简洁、精练，无语法及词语搭配错误。

一、 书信

1、 书信的格式要求：

书信一般由六部分组成，即信头、信内地址、称呼、正文、结束语及署名。

（1）信头

信头即写信人的地址和写信的日期。写信人的地址一般写在信纸的右上角，可以从靠近信纸的中央写起。应先写发信人的地址，后写写信的日期。要注意，英语中地址的写法与汉语不同，应按由小到大的顺序写；日期的顺序是月、日、年或日、月、年。在年份之前有一个逗号。如：September 12, 或12 September, 20_.（给亲友写信时，发信人的地址可省去，仅写日期。）

（2）信内地址

信内地址是指收信人的姓名、地址这一部分内容。信内地址位于信纸的左上角，从信头的下面一、二行开始写。第一行写姓名、头衔，接着再写其地址。（信内地址一般只用于公函或给生疏的人写的信件，其它情况下都可省去）

（3）称呼
