为了确保护堤林木采伐工作的顺利完成，坚持安全第一、预防为主的方针，增强采伐工作人员安全作业意识、保障施工安全，乙方愿与甲方签订以下安全合同条款。

一、乙方必须依法对林木采伐施工安全工作全面负责。在进入伐区作业前，对施工人员要进行安全教育培训，在培训合格后方可进入伐区作业。

二、乙方应制定安全施工措施，消除安全隐患，并配备专职安全生产管理人员。施工前必须划定好安全作业警戒线，设置明显的安全警示标志。

三、乙方在伐区施工时，应注意伐木施工员和管理人员的安全，禁止闲杂人员进入警戒线。在采伐、运输林木等施工过程中，若发生人身、车辆、牲畜等一切安全事故由乙方自行承担安全事故责任，甲方不承担任何安全事故责任。

四、乙方发现闲杂人员进入伐区不及时制止，由此造成伐木哄抢、被盗等情况，由乙方自行承担。

五、乙方施工过程中必须严格遵守《安全法》，由此造成安全事故，构成犯罪的，依照刑法有关规定追究刑事责任；造成损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。
