After dinner, my first job was to get the dirty dishes to the kitchen. Then I began to wash them. I turned on the tap and water covered all the dishes in the sink. 今年暑期，我在本村的一家私人服装厂实习工作，作为一名质检员，我学到了不少课本和课堂上没教的东西，现在忽略格式、套路等束缚，做一个简要的周总结报告。
服装厂位于村子的最北边，紧邻环城路，租用80年代的小学校舍作为生产基地，基本的室内外装修和设备购置完毕，服装厂招募了村庄附近的近50名工人，宴请了包括村委*在内的一些头面人物，又走了一些法律程序，终于在今年6月6号正式挂牌成立了，取名高溢服装厂。高溢是老板儿子的小名，从中不难看出一个乡镇企业老板的抱负和希望。
服装厂的规模不大，生产流程也不复杂，主要包括联系客商、原料采购、原料加工、成品生产、成品检验、贴牌包装、装载发货等环节。其中，老板负责联系客商、发货签单。工人们根据工作要求和兴趣特长从事中间环节。
我所在的成品检验就是按照老板的各项要求，检查成品衣物是否达到标准，然后根据检查结果决定衣服是否可以贴牌包装。如果达到标准，当然可以。如果没有，就要报告老板娘，追究成品生产环节的的责任。
无需隐讳，乡镇私人企业的工作环境很艰苦。每天10多个小时的工作时间(早上7点到晚上6点半，午饭休息一个小时)，单调而重复的工作对于工人的身体和心理来说确实是一个很大的考验。很多人抱怨，几个人跳槽，还有一名妇女中途中暑被送到医院，但是没办法，工厂的**是严格的，工厂的利益是至上的，你不行有人行，你不愿干有人替你，老板常常这样说。我时常想，在资本**国家，资本家剥削工人。在****国家怎么也会有这样的情况呢?
但是老板说的没错。你可以选择进入或者不进入这家工厂，但是一旦进入，你就只能接受工厂的安排，哪怕它有些不近情理。主人翁地位、法律意识、**意识是与这些工人不相关的东西，因为他们更关心的是每天几十块的工资。何况这也不是一两家工厂的事，我不知道*还有多少这样以廉价劳动力为竞争优势从事制造初级产品的工厂，那里的工人是怎样的生活状况。
我真心的希望有一天，能使我们的“*制造”或“*创造”畅销全球的不再是我们廉价的劳力，廉价的原料，而是我们不可替代的科技和层出不穷的创意。而且那时，我们引以为豪的也不再是GDP总量，而是每个人尤其是最普通的工人能够体面而有选择的工作，得到应有的报酬和尊重。
作为大学生，我在心里甚至很佩服初中文化水*的老板。家乡很多小学没上完或者****的人，或者去了发达城市打工，背井离乡，或者在县城学习电焊、建筑、开车等技术，寄人篱下。但是他没有走那些处境和选项跟他相似的人所走的路，他选择了自主创业。一个人能不能成功，可能需要天资、勤奋、机遇等东西的综合。但是，一个人敢不敢成功，却只需要勇气，尤其是走一条***走的路，做多数人愿做但不敢做的事情。
总结这周的工作，带着全身心的轻快、自以为的沧桑和些许的留恋，服装厂这样的工厂也可以教会我们很多东西。
终于可以实习了，真的好兴奋，因为终于结束了期末考试，带着这种心情，我来到了实习的第一站---云南金花针织有限公司。
在云南金花针织有限公司参观学习的两天时间里，让我对制衣行业有了大概的了解。金花的生产车间给人舒适的感觉：宽敞明亮，每个生产区之间、每台设备之间都隔开一定间隔，即使是盛夏，室温也保持在二十度左右。这都是为了符合外商的要求，保障工人的基本权益。但工人们也很辛苦，因为他们都有着任务，并且多劳多得，少劳少得。以前在学校总觉得学习好苦，好没意思，总觉得工作好，不用读书，但当我真正的去体验了上班族的生活以后，我才知道工作是多么的辛苦，才知道自己之前的想法是多么的可笑和幼稚，我现在才感觉到读书是多么的美好，你不用去考虑生活上的问题，因为父母会为你考虑，我们只要读好书就是对父母最好的报答。所以我们要珍惜现在读书的时光，读书是很苦，但它是创造美好未来的基础!
在实习中,我学到了很多,工作中跟学**是有很大的差别的,在学校里是一个好学生,但在工作中不一定就是一个好的员工。但是这也让我明白了一点,什么事情,只要你认真了,努力过了,没有做不好的。最后，我想说，在今后的生活中，我将用十足的勇气面对挑战，用百倍的努力取得收获，用千般的热情追逐梦想，用万份的真诚希望您的肯定!无须惊艳四座，无须学富五车，只要用一颗真诚、*和的心灵去交流、去学习，就会获得属于自己的掌声和喝彩!
This week I didn’t do many wonderful things.
I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st. It was easy and we all got good marks.

i went to visit the great wall with my friends during the summer vacation. we went there by bus. it took us about two hours to get there. it was hot and windy that day. there were thousands of people. when we saw a group of foreigners,we went up and talked with them. we told them lots of history of the great wall. they were very surprised when they saw that our english were exellent and we knew a lot about the great walls history. they thanked us a lot and we really had a good time. we felt proud of ourselves and being chinese.

当我们以良好的心态作在教室里等老师来上课，王老师一开始看到我们坐的那么好，也十分高兴，可好景不长，当老师看到作业才交了20多本的时，脸像娃娃的脸-说变就变，立马由“阴”转到了“晴”，有给我们讲了许多大道理，并且，没做完作业的同学把课文多抄一遍，其中，就有我同桌，因为他对英语一窍不通，有一种逆反性心理，所以，那都是在****催促之下才能完成，**妈不催促当然也就完不成了！接下来老师又讲了课课练，唉，这你就会问了：“唉为何而来？”刚才不是跟你说了吗？我同桌他不会做，即使会做，也不想费脑子，老师读题时他不听，老师一对答案他耳朵竖的老高，生怕听不见。这不，老师只是随手想把门关上，他却以为老师要来看他的作业，这可怎么办？他灵机一动，瞟了一眼我的作业，赶忙填上:*CA，生怕忘了，还有最后一道题，老师没讲，就让交了，这可怎么办？老师不讲，他像热锅上的**，在无奈之下，只好随便填，6的填空，错了5处，还有一处抄的。

Even though, I haven’t gone to Shanghai, I don`t visit the World Expo, but it can`t prevent me to know about it, and it can`t prevent me to be proud of it.
Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more.
Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have more than a-month holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I am essential to complete the homework as soon as I have time.
上周我们去南宫市担任高考指纹验证操作员，这个班级的课程便落下，给我印象最深的就是我一直马不停蹄的追赶，因为这个班级有将近一个星期的时间没有上英语课，我必须把课文追上，这是次要的，更重要的是让这个班级的学生学一课掌握一课，真正在素质上跟上。根据这一点，我想要做好以下几点：
1.要让学生温故而知新，及时的布置家庭作业，要积少而成多。注重学生*时的积累，而且每天都要让学生作好复习。于是我们课上设计了听写活动，每天布置完家庭作业，我都要进行听写考试，对表现好的同学及时给予鼓励。比如发给他一朵小红花，在班内**公开表扬等形式，真正调动了学生的积极性。
2、及时与家长沟通，发现学生的不良反映或表现不好的行为、去成绩下降等及时与家长沟通了解情况。前一段时间，我发现班内杨庆良的成绩一路下滑，于是我与家长进行了一次谈话。发现杨庆良同学原来一直在利用下午放学的时间去操场练习篮球。“强身健体”自然是一件好事，但是要保证给孩子充足的学习时间，而杨庆良却顾此失彼了。于是我和家长达成了共识，如果他的成绩总是这样，就取消他的活动，而一门心思的投入到学习当中。我想从这以后，他一定会取得好成绩，获得进步的。
3.后进生要多加关注，不能放任自流。后进生的问题是班内的一个大问题，也是让老师头疼的问题。没有办法，人与人之间总是存在着个体差异，十个手指还不一般齐呢！后进生自理能力差、贪玩，教师要进行个别指导，多给他们时间，对于难掌握的地方要重点指导，利用放学后的半个小时进行指导学习，使其共同进步！

I am very happy this summer, my family have come to my house. There are uncle, aunt, cousin, grandmother, uncle and brother and sister. They all come to Hangzhou tourism.
We went to the West Lake, Oriental Museum, Hangzhou underwater world also climbed a lot of mountains.
This summer there are so many relatives to accompany me in the summer vacation, my summer vacation this year is the most happy.
I used to believe that love meant putting everyone else and their needs first, before my own. While I do think there is some truth to that, in the sense that being a giving person is one of the ultimate acts of being a loving person, I came to realize that I must give to and love myself first and foremost.
When you put everyone and everything else above you, you are no longer valuing yourself and your needs. And when you are not meeting your needs, and you don't take care of yourself (emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually), you can't be the best version of yourself to the special people in your life. So in essence, you don't love them at your full potential!
Here are some things to consider：
1. Are you physically taking care of yourself? Do you nourish yourself with the right foods, get enough sleep, exercise, are at a healthy weight, and on top of your check-ups? If not, I bet your energy is low, you're tired and stressed, and your confidence isn't the highest (because you probably don't feel your best). Now think about how much more you could give to others when you aren't exhausted, you're happy with what you see in the mirror, and you aren't on edge with stress.
2. Are you emotionally and mentally healthy? As humans, we're so complex and having ups and downs is normal. But in general, assess where you stand emotionally. If it's in a healthy place and you can manage your emotions in a healthy way — great! But if you self-soothe in destructive ways and have a negative attitude and energy about you, realize that it's not just affecting you, but others too. When you aren't an emotionally and mentally healthy person, that energy pours into everything you do, and everyone you're around will feel the effects, too.
3. How's your spirituality? In this sense, spirituality is about having an ultimate purpose and being in tune with your true self. Do you wake up every day excited for what your life is about, and have gratitude for all the abundance you already have? If not, you may not be listening and living to what your heart truly desires. Living this way long term, may affect the essence of your inner being and, in turn, may not allow you to show up your very best for the world.
Be kind to yourself. It can be difficult to put your health and wellbeing first when life is demanding between your career, family, friendships, relationships, and so on. If you can think of any ways to improve your wellbeing and love yourself more, start today! Take a baby step towards this. Perhaps try getting an hour more of sleep. Move your body in a way that feels good. Take time for yourself to be with your thoughts and without distractions and feel that peace.
I live very happily today! In the morning， it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family， the air on the mountain is very fresh， the flowers plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home in the evening， family and I sat and watched TV together， we are returning and eating the fruit while chatting， the whole family is happy and harmonious!

In spring, all flowers come out, all of the trees turn green and begin to grow. In spring, I can fly kites on the playground with my classmates. I can catch the bees in the garden, and I can play chewith my brother under the trees. I can do so many things in spring, and the spring is a season with so many wishes. So I like spring.
刚刚离开校园走进社会，心里不免有些不安，紧张和难过。令我欣慰的是自己终于长大了，可以开始我真正的人生;紧张的是不知自己是否能适应这个社会，战胜这新环境;难过的是从此我就要在这纯真的学生生活上画上句号了。未来迎接自己的是求职找工作，整天都要为了生活而奔波，一想到这些脑子就很混乱。
我现在在广东丰达高科技有限公司工作，担任网络管理职务。刚进来公司的时候经理就和我聊了很多，问我网络方面会不会，组装和维护计算机有过吗?我当时真是出了一把冷汗，不过还好*日在学校都有这方面的动手，自己的电脑被我也折腾过一段时间，还是游刃有余的回答了经理的“逼问”。到现在我工作有两个月了，还记得实习开始的那一天，我是在无聊中度过的，整日无所事事，几乎在办公桌前一坐就是一天，空闲得让我要打瞌睡了，真希望可以有人叫我帮忙做点事情啊!现在可不是这样了，五月一日劳动节是我们搬迁新公司的日子，所有的东西都是新的，我进公司的那天起我就知道，我最大挑战的时刻才刚刚开始，五一全公司员工都有四天假期，我可是天天在加班的哦，因为我就是要趁着假期把新公司的网络弄好——组建局域网。这其实就是我的工作。我当然全力以赴，尽心尽力做到最好。而且时间很紧，对于刚刚出来工作的我觉得压力挺大的，经理还给了我好几点要求，要所建的局域网能够做到：
1.网络类型为：服务器/工作站型;
2.电脑收发传真。
3.各工作站之间可以互相访问，共享某些目录，就是所谓的资源共享;
4.服务器同时作为邮件服务器，可以在收发互联网的同时使得公司内部员工可以局域网内部**收发邮件，**内部邮箱地址。
5.公司最终实现一个无纸办公化的办公场所。
嘿...这回好了，我大学三年里老师好象没教我这上面几点耶?!但是我是不太懂，不过没关系的，我有信心，怎么说也跟计算机相关，不懂就多动手多请教应该很快领悟过来的!劳动节第一天我就开始动手实干了。布线、接水晶
嘿...这回好了，我大学三年里老师好象没教我这上面几点耶?!但是…我是不太懂，不过没关系的，我有信心，怎么说也跟计算机相关，不懂就多动手多请教应该很快领悟过来的!劳动节第一天我就开始动手实干了。布线、接水晶头、装机、搞网络和调试;其实除了我，还有一个比较有经验的师傅一起做的，我一边做还可以一边学，他也会在一边指导，很快我对一些一直没接触过的事物了解过来!就这么一搞假期一下子就过去了，每天都是早上忙到晚上，很累，从未那么累!
新的办公楼正式开工了，到最后并没有按时间完成任务，但也不妨碍同事们办公!还好没有被骂。那时的局域网算是勉强通过，那位师傅也就离开了，因为他并不是我们公司的员工，只是一起协助把公司网络弄好。以后的事情都要我一个人去解决了，处理公司的电脑，打印机的故障，不知道是否能够顺利解决，而当真正将故障排除后，心里头有种说不出的高兴，我知道我的能力十分有限，但我始终没怕过，让我自己去摸索自己去解决，就算遇到实在不行的话，我会求助同学和朋友，给我做技术**。我不怕问题的到来，因为问题总是可以得到解决的!通过这样我学习了许多，成长了不少。
五月的工作的确很累，每天拖着疲惫的身子回宿舍，但是后面也渐渐就习惯了。不断有新的知识学到，心里有一种充实感。经理除了让我维护网络和计算机之外，我还要维护公司一百多部电话(硬件故障维护与电话软件系统**)，以及维护公司的网站。网页制作可是我大学期间最喜欢的一个科目，现在竟然可以让我在工作中实践，我真的很开心。在这两个月里我真的学到了很多,也巩固了以往许多知识.现在工作的每一天几乎都会有大的或小的问题，这样其实我很开心，我也有信心把现在的工作做好!因为我有我的信念：我不怕问题的到来，因为问题总是可以得到解决的!
在这段实习的时间里，我经历了很多以前没有的事，就比如第一次领工资虽然只是一点点的钱，但却是我人生的转折点，一个人在他的学生时代最重要的是学习东西，增长见识，锻炼能力，尤其在大学学习时候，参于社会实践活动是一个很好的锻炼机会，赚钱不是主要的，作为学生，能赚多少钱，等你毕业了有的是赚钱的机会，这回可是我长这么大第一次用自己的双手和智慧挣来的钱，当时我真的是激动的要哭，那种感觉真的是无法形容的美妙。
实习是为将来打基础的重要阶段，珍惜自己每一个工作的机会，不论什么人，什么**，从事什么工作，好好的表现、展示自己的能力，不要错过好的机遇。没有一件事情是轻轻松松的，但每一件事都是让人成长的，经历一段过程，喜悦或是艰辛，尽管经历的方式不尽相同，但它的结果是相同的，我们都会因涉事而成长。
Today it was raining. It was raining so hard that I couldt go out. It was very boring. I took out the English story book that me uncle gave me for my birthday last year. I read it and found there were many words that I dont know. But I found it very intereating.
I picked up my story book that I didnt finish yesterday. When I found some words that I didnt understand, I looked it up in the dictionary. It is about a little girl who lost her mother on the street and could not find her way home. I finished the book and I like it very much.
这个暑假，为了响应国家的号召，完成学校的要求，也为了开阔自己的眼界，提高自己的能力，我参加了大学生社会实践活动，到武汉江南集团有限公司参观学习了一个星期。
在这一个星期里，我对纺织行业有了大概的了解。纺织业作为制衣业的其中一员，浓缩了制造业的普遍特点：以产品为中心来**运作，而且更兼具了劳动密集型工业的生产运作方式：工人的劳动是价值的来源。而且江南集团的生产是贴牌生产，外商来样，企业按样版生产。所以，在这里还学到了一些国际贸易的知识。
江南集团的生产车间给人舒适的感觉：宽敞明亮，每个生产区之间、每台设备之间都隔开一定间隔，并装有“简易空调”，保障了工人的基本权益。
作为纺织企业，缝纫机是最必要也是最主要的设备。经了解，才知道缝纫机可分为三大类，有*缝机、包缝机、特种机，而这三大类里面，每类又包括XX0种机。缝纫机主要根据不同的衣服式样和客户要求来配置，现在生产车间有300台左右不同种类的缝纫机。在另一边的辅助车间，主要进行验布、剪裁、剪线、整烫、包装这些辅助工序。这里用到的设备分别有预缩机、验布机、电动剪刀、整烫设备、验针机等。
该厂的生产运作流程，成一个环形状，首先从厂房东边的辅助车间开始，然后转到西边生产车间进行生产，最后回到东边的辅助车间进行最后工序。当然，这只是正常情况下，大致而言的。由于工作的特殊性，其品种多、变化大、不固定、结构复杂，导致这个环形的内部经常出现工序间的交叉。而且有时会需要配合工厂外面的资源、工序来完成生产，例如：客人要求衣服上要刺绣上图案，那么生产到某部分必须停下来，运到外面加工，然后再运回来再生产。可见，该厂以混合**方式进行生产。
具体地介绍一下生产流程，首先是接订单。然后制衣厂的设计人员会根据客户带来的衣服样版，用电脑排版，试制一件，根据试制过程中得出的方法结论，制出工艺技术图，以该图与客人商量、协商修改，当客人满意后，这份工艺技术图就定下来，不许再变动，成为该厂的“天书”、“圣旨”。接着就根据要求采购材料，材料五花八门，大至布匹，小至小配饰。布匹运来后就要验布，然后合格布匹送到裁剪间用电动剪刀根据衣样剪裁成衣服不同部分，再对这些“细块”进行“查片”。“查片”合格的“细块”送到生产车间开始主要的生产，生产完成后就到后整部门，即进行剪线、整烫、包装工序，合格的就进仓库，等待客户派人到厂进行最后验货。验货合格的，就可以签放行条，运输、交货。
所有工序中，工艺设计是全厂最最核心、要求最高的部分，而三者相互**，相互联系、相互牵连。品质检验与车间生产关系更表现为：车间生产过程中每到一个阶段都需要品质检验。该厂将很大精力放在了这上面，对质量要求很高，可见在其竞争策略中，产品质量居于首位。这样做十分现实也是可行的。由于该厂不必担心供应链、库存管理和产品销售问题，所以他有大量精力投放在品质检验上，只要在成本许可范围内，将质量做到最好，就不需要担心其他问题了。
根据**，江南集团的生产作业属于小流水作业。生产工人分为八个小组，每个组有一个师傅**，全组人分工完成。衣服需要*缝的部分，**由*缝工人完成，要包缝的部分由包缝工人完成，要缝特种线的就交由特种工完成。由于每件衣服要求不同，可以先做*缝部分，也可以先做其他部分，三大工种的编排有很大灵活性，每批货都不同，所以三大类缝纫机的摆放可以经常根据需要变动。通常一个缝纫工序完成后，就会有一次品质检验，检验合格后，直接进入下一个工序。各个工序所需的时间主要根据该衣服的式样变动，就单单以生产步骤来说，最简单的只要一分钟，最复杂的一个小时也不一定可以完成。通常一批货从客人下单到完成，要半年。采取小流水作业的原因主要是由时装的式样加上该厂客观情况决定的：时装工序短，交货期短，品种多，结构复杂，不固定，而且厂小人少，不可能大批量、用大流水方式去完成，所以小流水比较适合。
在这次实践中，有一点我感受很深。在学校，理论的学习很多，而且是多方面的，几乎是面面俱到；而在实际工作中，可能会遇到书本上没学到的，又可能是书本上的知识一点都用不上的情况。或许工作中运用到的只是很简单的问题，只要套公式似的就能完成一项任务。有时候我会埋怨，实际操作这么简单，但为什么书本上的知识让人学得这么吃力呢？这是社会与学校脱轨了吗？也许老师是正确的，虽然大学生生活不像踏入社会，但是总算是社会的一个部分，这是不可否认的事实。但是有时也要感谢老师孜孜不倦地教导，有些问题有了有课堂上地认真消化，有*时作业作补充，我比一部人具有更高的起点，有了更多的知识层面去应付各种工作上的问题，作为一名新世纪的大学生，应该懂得与社会上各方面的人交往，处理社会上所发生的各方面的事情，这就意味着大学生要注意到社会实践，社会实践必不可少。毕竟，3年之后，我已经不再是一名大学生，是社会中的一分子，要与社会交流，为社会做贡献。只懂得纸上谈兵是远远不及的，以后的人生旅途是漫长的，要锻炼自己成为一名合格的、对社会有用的人才。
说实际的，在这个社会里，拼的就是勤奋与刻苦，只要你去努力，只要你伸出你那随时可以伸出的手，周围的机会就会随时可能属于你。

Five days ago, Crimea's parliament announced that Crimea was an independent country, and was applying to join Russia. Then on march 20, Russia had approved that Crimea’s application of joining . This event seems happening because of the Ukraine’s riot last month, but looking carefully, it has the deeper history reason. From now on, the United Nations do not admit that Crimea has been a part of , but Moscow has had an interest in Crimea for hundreds of years, with its rich farmland and its access to the Black Sea. Russia gave Crimea to Ukraine in 1954, when both Russia and Ukraine were part of the Soviet Union. After the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, there was some local desire for Crimea to leave Ukraine and become part of Russia again, but lawmakers in Ukraine and Crimea voted for it to stay part of Ukraine. From my point of view, there are about two reasons leading to the independence of Crimea. On the one hand, it is the result of game between Russia and the West. And on the other hand, it is the key of my opinion, the sense of identity is very important for the unity of a country. It is losing the same sense of identity that lead to the secession of Ukraine. Our country has many nations, and we do not realize the reunification of our country. So our government should lean some useful things from this event.

These days I begin to learn how to play tennis, it is more playing it than learning it. because no one could teach me how to do, and I just play it with my roommate who is the same as me. It is the earlier of this month that I am mad on playing tennis, because there is a tennis court outside my dormitory window, and I can see many people playing tennis in it everyday. So I believe the tennis is a funny sport, and I also could play it. My roommate and I borrow a couple of racquet and some balls, then we begin our tennis practice. At the beginning of it, we both can not catch the ball from each other, and the ball is either hitting the net or out-of-bounds. But we do not lose our heart, we learn from other professional players furtively. After frequent exercise in this week, we have already grasped some basic skills of playing tennis.
Although it is hard to learn how to play tennis well, we will still play it every week, even if it is just for taking exercise.
