一、实习目的
顶岗实习是教育部下发的关于高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估指标补充规定。这一规定既符合高职高专教学大纲教学安排，又有利于对高职高专学生进行职业素质方面的强化训练，使学生提前了解社会，增强岗位意识和岗位责任感，最大限度提高其综合素养，此项安排是高职高专院校教学体制改革的一项举措。
顶岗实习就是安排学生离校走入工作一线，进行劳动锻炼。顶岗，顾名思义，是在生产一线的诸多岗位,从事生产性劳动。在实习中我们要学习什么了?
一、转变观念。
转变观念就是让我们从大学生活、学习中切换到现实社会中去。高职培养学生的目标是 符合社会要求的技术性、应用性人才，如：基层领导、技术员、工程师、高级技工。要适应社会的要求，首先就要在思想观念上适应社会，了解社会对高职大学生的要求，特别是职业素养上应当具备哪些?以利做到缺什么补什么。这就是我们在实习中要做到的。
二、增强岗位意识。
作为一名高职毕业生，我毕业后走向社会，大多是从事一线工作，，基本上都要从基层做起，这是我们高职生必走之道。每一个岗位都有他特有的作用，干一行，爱一行，专一行，是一种岗位责任，是一种职业品质，用人单位很注重这种品质。这种岗位责任是一名员工走向成功的必经之路。要增强岗位责任，就必须顶岗深入到生产一线进行脚踏实地的工作，兢兢业业的去做，只有这样，才能磨练和增强我们的岗位责任感，这是现代社会对高职生的基本要求。压也是我们要努力的。
三、增强社会经验。

二、教学方面
（一）准备工作
学初根据相关专业特色和课程特点拟定好符合我院培养计划的课程教学大纲，并根据教材的理论框架结构制定合理的教学进度计划表。并且在假期里已认真阅读了数十本相关教材，对教材内容和结构有了非常详细的了解，做好了开学初的教学准备工作。
（二）精心研读，认真备课，严谨治学
教学中，备课环节极其重要，备课效果的好坏会严重影响课堂气氛和学生积极性。备课既要备教材，又要备学生。在备课过程中先要吃透课本，把握各章节的重点和难点。在弄懂课本上的每一字每一句之后，还去熟读一些辅助教材，查阅这些教材中是否还有些更系统、更前沿的理论观点。备学生就是要了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教学，真正做到因材施教。要了解学生，首先要把学生的基础情况和所学习的专业特色结合起来。我们的学生主要是要培养他们的实际动手和操作能力，所以在我的教学中都本着将课本知识生活化、现实化，每讲一个知识点都会找生活中的实例或典型的案例，一方面帮助学生理解课本中的抽象知识，另一方面让学生了提高实践能力，这样学生既易于接收知识，又增加了他们的学习兴趣。
另外，增加师生互动，引导学生自己思考并提出疑问，这样不仅可以激发自学，还可以活跃课堂。“学起于思，思源于凝”，如何引导学生将所学知识与现实生活结合起来，引发思考，对调动学生的学习积极性有重大影响。
（三）主动创新，乐观教学，塑造人格魅力
教师最忌讳照本宣科，缺乏创见，对知识的理解往往“有接触，没感触；有广度，没深度；有他见，没己见；有理论，没实际”。如果课堂没有新意没有内容，容易引起学生的厌学情绪和排斥心理，所以我在熟知课本的知识点后，能够以通俗易懂的语言讲给学生，并能将最新的发展和相关信息穿插进课堂。
在上《新闻采访与写作》、《广播电视概论》这两门课时，因为是多媒体上课，所以我除了在内容上丰富课本知识外，还在实际应用方面下了很大功夫，力争让学生学有所用，以吸引学生的注意力和学习兴趣，拓展学生的视野，使学生不断的达到“亲其师，信其道”的境界。我们尽量要以自己乐观的生活态度、饱满的精神状态去感染学生，既做学生学业上的严师，又做生话中的益友，行动上接近学生，心理上贴近学生，让学生感受老师特有的精神面貌。我坚信一个老师如果有良好的专业素质、主动的创新精神、乐观的教学态度、真诚的情感交流和生动的语言表达，定会成为学生心目中喜欢的、有人格魅力的老师。
三、纪律方面
本人长期以来严格遵守xx新闻出版职业技术学院的各项管理规章制度，按时上下班，服从领导，并且能够认真及时的完成学校及院领导交付的各项任务，积极主动地参加教研室组织的各项活动。
四、不足之处
作为年轻教师，由于经验不足，自身各方面的素养还有待进一步提高。工作中大胆实践、不断创新的意识还不够强，运用多种教学手段的技能还有待提高。这些也是我努力的方向。具体来说，我的下一步的目标是在现有基础上，进一步提高自身素质，扩展自己的专业知识，更好地完成教学任务，因此我要从以下几点做起：
1、有效利用课堂时间，提高课堂效率。
（1）组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的积极性，使其保持相对稳定性，同时想方设法创设教学情景，激发学生的兴趣和情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，同时要按照“教学做”一体化的要求让学生在课堂中就能掌握所学知识，并应用到实践中来。
（2）提高教学质量的同时，还要做好课后辅导工作。部分学生缺乏自控能力，学习态度不够端正。针对这些问题，就要抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到学生的学习指导中去，还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作。
2、虚心向其他老师学习请教，博采众长，提高教学水平。并时刻总结自己在教学中的缺陷并进行改进。
总之，通过这半学期的教学实践，我学到了很多东西，锻炼了自己的能力，并认识到了自己的不足。因此在在今后的教学工作中，我仍将一如既往的要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进。

【摘 要】在我国现代职业教育改革的步伐加快的背景下，高高专中医专业《中医基础理论课》的课程也面临着教学方法的改革。混合式学习教学模式作为一种新型的、现代的学习方式，能够有效激发学生学习的兴趣， 课程教学的效率和质量可以进一步提高。本文简单介绍了混合学习的含义， 职业教育中医类高职院校的教学现状。混合学习应用的基础设施、中医基础理论课程教学中的教学模式进行了探索和研究。

中医类高职院校应适应医疗事业的发展。传统的教学模式是对学生进行批量生产，采取“理论知识+技能”的简单叠加的方法，侧重于强调基础理论知识的传授，实践教学和效果评价往往流于形式，造成了医药卫生类高职高专的教学质量逐年下降。学生的职业能力、就业质量、用人单位满意度普遍较低，严重制约着高职高专医学院校的发展，不能适应新时代下卫生职业教育的目的。“混合式学习”的教育理念是新时代的需求，为高职高专中医专业教学模式的改革指明了方向。“混合式学习”是学习理念的一种提升，这种提升使学生的认知方式以及教师的教学模式、教学策略和角色都发生了改变，其核心思想是根据不同的问题要求采用不同的方式解决问题，具体到教学就是采用不同的媒体和信息传递方式解决问题，而且这种解决方式的目的就是要付出最小的代价，取得最大的效益。

（2）重点是改进教学方法。首先是要确定学习任务。制定合理的学习计划。活动探究。学习任务的完成。课堂外临床诊治教学方法：教学直接转化为临床，中医实训室临床诊治，学生正常的课程不耽误，遵守纪律在教室上课。学生充分利用课余时间，到中医实训室。老师为校内的任课专业老师，老师主要传授内容专业理论知识，并结合临床实践知识，让学生们带着问题去学习和思考。然后将学生带至教学医院，选择合适的病例，老师演示接诊病人的流程，学生在旁边观看，听讲和记录。使其熟悉各级各类人员岗位职责，了解看病的过程和掌握一定的技巧。比如胃痛中医分为几个证型：寒邪犯胃、饮食积滞、肝气郁结、脾胃虚寒、胃阴不足。如何区分证型，辨证要点记住。
在没有患者就诊的闲暇时间，练习病史采集，学生先把所叙述的病史读懂，把该病的病名搞明白（一般显而易见），然后根据该病的具体表现看该问些什么东西，一般的内容各病都要问，特殊的病要着重问些特殊内容。其实各病采集病史仅有一个固定的模式，按照这个提纲回答。这种模式提高了学生的临床操作和实际技能，从而促进学生综合素质的全面提高。
（3）完善考核系统。实行“6、3、1”考核系统，打破以往的期末成绩“一次定终身”。成绩有多部分组成。其中“6、3、1”理论课考试占60%，实训课占30%，加强了学生的实训动手能力。平时成绩占10%，学生也注重自己的平时表现，平时的学习。形式多种多样，提问、作业、模拟考试。实训课练习临床操作技术：“中医实训室”进行简单的实践操作，按照中医执业医师的操作考试来进行模拟练习，穴位操作、推拿操作、针灸操作、拔罐操作，推拿操作。中医实训室1为穴位操作，有模型人或者电子发光仿真模型人，老师带领学生操作练习。中医实训室2为拔罐刮痧操作，有玻璃罐、抽气罐、竹罐，老师带领学生操作练习。中医实训室3为推拿操作，学生两两结合，老师演示完后，学生互相结合操作。中医实训室4为辨证操作，病例可以是生病的学生教师。让他们早见习、早临床、早就业。这种模式提高了学生的学习兴趣，主动性和积极性，理论知识更加扎实。
四、结语
目前，高职高专医学院校承担着基础医药卫生机构培养专门人才的任务。医学专业不同于一般的职业教育，培养的是基础医药卫生机构的医务人员。高职高专医学专业教育更应该建立高效的教学模式，中医基础理论课程教学中如果能够运用混合学习多种教学方式，让每个学生学习的主动性和积极性在课堂学习中得到最大限度发挥，使学生愿学、乐学、会学，提升普通医学高等专科学校中医课堂的教学品质，建立高效的中医课堂，提高学生的综合素养，使学生的理论知识、实践能力、基本操作得到提高，成为优秀的医务人员。
