At long last, the fire was put out, but the moat had also gone dry, leaving a few sorry carps in their dying3 struggle. This tale likens the city gate fire to disasters that do not seem to concern us but that can spread and involve even the innocent4.

二、立题的意义
我们一线教师是“高效课堂”的践行者，我们必须与时俱进，立足新课程，运用新理念潜心研究课堂教学新方法、新模式，应从课堂教学第一步入手追求各个环节整体高效，我们的课题研究以“高效课堂”目标，以新课程理念为导向，引领我校英语老师探索有效课堂导入理论策略，设计高效导入，指导教学实践，引领我校英语教师专业化发展。
英语课堂教学的导入多种多样，根据不同类型、不同内容的课选择使用不同的导入手段，其目的只有一个：激发学生学习的兴趣，启迪他们的心智，使学生重塑自信，觉得英语课好学、易学，产生兴趣，减少焦虑，达到事半功倍。因此，我确立研究课题《初中英语课堂导入方法探究》

1.英语教学
随着社会的进步，英语已从一种工具变成了一种思想，一种知识库。在英语课堂教学中，教师尤其要注重学生主体地位的发挥，以让学生积极参与为目的，在英语课堂的教学导入中更能体现这一宗旨。
2. 课堂导入
第斯多惠指出:“ 教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞” 。好的导入能为全节课的顺利进行奠定良好的基础，并能由此使教学内容进一步展开、发展、开拓，把课的进展不断推向高潮，产生良好、积极的.“ 连锁反应” 。
课堂导入，一般是指课堂教学开始的3-5分钟内，教师和学生所有教学活动的总称。其作为课堂教学的重要环节，具体是指在进入新的教学内容前，教师为了转移学生的注意中心，激发学生的学习情趣，采用各种教学手段，引导学生进入正式的学习状态的教学行为。本课题研究以我县统一使用的人教版初中语文教材为载体，以全校七至九年级所有班级为实验班，本校英语组教师全部参研。
课题研究的步骤和举措
一、研究目的
1.调查分析总结初中英语教学中一线教师常用的导入方法，制作调查表，对我校全体英语教师进行调查，形成汇总数据，得出教师常用的导入法。
2. 分析比较常用的不同类型的各种导入方法特点、功能的异同，研究根据学生心理和教学内容合理选用行之有效导入方法的策略，并跟踪在课堂实际教学中运用的效果，以及学生的评价。
3. 借鉴校内外优秀导入案例，运用新理念、新方法和现代化技术手段，进行导入方案设计的自主创新实验研究。
4.加强课堂导入的个案分析，注重研究和推介的灵活巧妙的新方法、新手段总结经验，探索有效课堂导入策略，指导教学实践，引领我校教师教师专业化发展。更好的服务于课堂，服务于学生。
二、研究内容

1．实践法
通过英语教学活动进行“小课题”的研究，从中发现问题，解决问题。
2．问卷调查法
调查我校英语教师对这一问题的研究及想法，了解学生在不同英语课堂导入情况下的收效及存在的问题，共同讨论解决。
3．文献资料法
learning is a daily experience and a lifetime mission. this is a proverb full of logic. in other words, learning is significant in our whole life. indeed, we can learn many things from it. if you understand it and apply it to your study or work, you’ll necessarily benefit a lot from it.
there are many reasons which can explain this phenomenon and the following are the typical ones. the first reason is that learning can light our road in the coming future. there is no denying the fact that the society is developing increasingly fast and we are often easily surpassed by the people around. the only way to avoid this is to learn to improve ourselves. as an illustration, i’d like to take myself as an example. after graduation from college, my life has been full of working pressure, which contributes to my decision of pursuing further education. that’s why i can make my own way in such a competitive society.
the effect of learning can be boiled down to two major ones. first, with the spirit of learning, we are more capable of overcoming the difficulties in the future. more importantly, we can enrich our spare time life by learning. no matter who you are, you must remember that learning is the basic skill in our life.

“听、说、读、写”能力的培养是初中英语教学的重点所在，任何一方面的缺失都会对学生的英语应用水平产生不利影响。以往初中英语教学过分强调学生读写能力的培养，而忽视学生听说能力的提高，这种教学模式的弊端已经受到普遍的批评，为了扭转这一趋向，新颁初中英语课程标准中明确指出：“此次英语课程改革的重点就是要改变英语课程过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授、忽视对学生实际语言运用能力的培养的倾向，强调课程从学生的学习兴趣。生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生的综合语言运用能力。”为了实现这一目标，恰当地利用情景会话教学，无疑是培养学生听说读写综合能力的可行办法之一。情景会话在初中英语教材中占有重要的份量，教材编排者的目的是非常明确的，就是想借助这些情景会话来提供给学生一个活生生的生活场景，尽量地贴近学生的生活经验，从而在这鲜活的生活场景中来体验英语的实际交际功能，通过这种设身参与来习得英语应用技能。但是良好的设计初衷，未必就能达到预定的教学效果，如何解读教材编排目的和如何贯彻教学方法，是初中英语情景会话教学成败的关键所在。依据笔者的数年初中英语教学的实践，试图对此问题提出一些个人的见解。
首先，初中英语教材中的情景会话材料的选择上，大都立足于普遍的生活场景，如购物、交往、问候等，这些是东西方人们广泛存在的生活内容，教材编排者的意图就是让学生在这人类共通的生活场面中来体会英语与母语的区别，体会英语应用的精确性，并且在这种模拟的情景中实践自己已经掌握的英语知识，为将来的运用英语积累实践的经验，为以后的英语学习和英语交际提供扎实的应用基础。在英语教学中，作为教师，应该清楚地认识到教材中这些英语情景会话的重要性，不能轻描淡写地带过。不少的英语教师，往往把教材中的这部分内容，当作是训练学生听力的基本材料，或者偏重分析这些材料中的词汇和语法，从而偏离了教材编排者们的良苦用心，因而也偏离了英语课程标准的大纲精神。正确地领悟教材中情景会话内容的编排精神仅仅是情景会话教学的第一步，接下来的就是在具体的教学中如何来贯彻这一精神。笔者认为在情景会话的教学中，学生的切身参与是不可替代的。情景会话的教学精髓就是让学生在模拟的生活场面中扮演特定的角色，依据自己所扮演的角色来练习在特定场合中的特定言语交际，并且要符合英语的传统和习惯。教材中所提供的英语情景会话的材料，通俗一点来说，教材的编排者是个编剧，情景会话材料则个简单的剧本，而课堂教学的任务之一，就是要把这个剧本转化为活生生的舞台演出，导演是教师，学生则是剧本中的各式人物。编剧、剧本、导演的作用不能超越学生这一角色的作用，而是为这些演员们搭建起良好的表演舞台。基于这个原因，应该把学生的亲身实践放在首要的位置，教师切不可越俎代庖，用简单的知识传授来替代学生的课堂实践。
其次，作为英语教师，应该意识到教材编排的局限性和时效性，因此要已经现实生活的变化，灵活地开发新的课程资源，以弥补教材的相关缺失。在新颁初中英语课程标准中就明确地提出要求：“英语课程要力求合理利用和积极开发课程资源”教材是经典，这是个共识，但经典并不意味着永远贴近时代和生活。任何教材，无论如何具备前瞻性，也不能做到对时代和生活作出精确的预见性。而语言则能对之作出灵活和共时的应对。前文已经提及，初中英语教材中的情景会话材料的选择上是立足于人类共同的生活场景的，而这些场景，则是过去的生活经验而已，现实的生活是瞬息万变、千姿百态的，由于教材修订的时间性的局限，不可能进行及时的更新。一种教材一旦编定，势必要经过若干年后才能依据现实的需要进行修订。作为从事初中英语教学的教师来说，如果拘泥于教材中的内容而不与时俱进，那么课堂教学会与实际的生活渐行渐远。
资源的丰富性并不意味着教师在材料选择上的轻松，当前是个信息爆炸的时代，获取信息是非常便捷的，但这种便捷恰恰意味着难度的增加，也就是如何选择过滤这些眼花缭乱的信息，从而能贴近生活的气息和符合学生的实际英语能力，这需要从事一线教学的教师作出艰难的选择。教师所提供的情景会话材料，不是漫无目的地随意裁剪现成的资料，而是要对材料的内容作出精心的剪裁，一切教学资料都要围绕着学生的实际水平和实际需求为核心，以贴近现实生活和反应时代变化为准则。如此以来，应改变以往在教学内容选择上以教师为主导的教学理念，要重视学生的积极参与。应该在学生中进行广泛的调查，了解他们在英语应用中的困惑和不解，了解他们的兴趣和诉求，在学生中收集问题，依据这些问题来精心选择情景会话的资料，真正做到贴近学生的真是需要，唯如此，才能激起学生的学生热情，从而实现情景教学的真正目的。

Many years ago, the products that tagged with Made in China were believed to be bad quality, but with the development of Chinese economy, Made in China presents the products with low prices but good quality. After some time they came out. When they came out, the Country mouse said, ”I do not like living in the city. I like living in my hole in the field. For it is nicer to be poor and happy, than to be rich and afraid.“

Winter holiday is coming. It's in December or have a plan for it. I am going to Canada during this winter holiday. I will go there by plane with my parents and friends. I really want to express thanks to my English teacher, Miss Wang!
She’s so smart and fair and friendly. She’s got big eyes and long dark hair. I enjoy her each lesson every day. With her kindness, she gets my attention. Every day she’s planting a seed, helping all of us. I still remember the day that when I had a low mark in English, I hid away from all my classmates because I was shy and afraid to be laughed at.
